  • Recurring Billing: You authorize Pupganics to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout (e.g., every 30 days). Your subscription will automatically renew until cancelled.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next renewal date through your account portal at Pupganics.com or by contacting help@pupganics.com. Cancellations made after a renewal has been processed and the order fulfilled will take effect on the following billing cycle. We do not offer refunds on subscription orders that have already been fulfilled and shipped.
  • Subscription Modifications: You may change your subscription product, quantity, or frequency at any time through your account portal before your next renewal date.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any price change takes effect. Your continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
  • Failed Payments: If your payment method fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

SECTION 16 — INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders shipped outside the United States, the following additional terms apply:

  • DDP Countries (United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden): All applicable duties and taxes are included in your order total at checkout. No additional charges will be collected upon delivery.
  • DDU Countries (Israel, UAE, Colombia, Thailand, Mexico, South Korea, Japan, Jersey, and others): Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery and are non-refundable. Pupganics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
  • Delivery time estimates for international orders are based on averages and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

SECTION 17 — EU AND UK CONSUMER RIGHTS

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to cancel an order within 14 days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
