🔒 PAYMENT SECURITY

Secure Socket Layer (SSL): The Pupganics website is encrypted using SSL technology. This industry-standard encryption ensures that your personal and payment information is kept safe and cannot be intercepted by third parties.

PCI Compliance: Pupganics is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, adhering to the highest standards of server compliance and security to ensure your payment data is handled safely.

We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. All transactions are processed through secure, trusted third-party payment gateways.

BILLING TERMS

One-Time Orders: Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after a successful transaction.

Subscription Orders: By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize Pupganics to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis at the frequency selected at checkout. Your subscription will renew and your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date until you cancel. You will receive an email notification before each renewal. To cancel or modify your subscription please visit your account portal at Pupganics.com or contact help@pupganics.com at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.

Failed Subscription Payments: If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled automatically.

CURRENCY

All prices listed on our site are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted at checkout. If you are purchasing from outside the US, your bank may apply a currency conversion rate at the time of purchase. Pupganics is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

DUTIES AND TAXES

For orders shipped to DDP countries (United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden), all applicable duties and taxes are included in your order total at checkout.

For orders shipped to DDU countries (Israel, UAE, Colombia, Thailand, Mexico, South Korea, Japan, Jersey), duties and taxes are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer, collected by local customs upon delivery.

Sales Tax: Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable local, state, or federal laws.

TROUBLESHOOTING PAYMENT ISSUES

If your payment is declined, please check the following:

  • Ensure your billing address matches the address on file with your bank
  • Check that your card has not expired and has sufficient funds
  • Verify that you have entered the correct CVV code
