Congratulations on your order! Here's everything you need to know about getting Pupganics products to you and your pup.

PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed and fulfilled by our fulfillment partner within 1-2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

If you notice an error on a recently submitted order, please contact us immediately at help@pupganics.com. Changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

United States:

  • Standard: 2-5 business days
  • Express: 1-3 business days

DDP International (United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden):

  • Standard: 5-10 business days
  • Express: 3-5 business days

DDU International (Israel, UAE, Colombia, Thailand, Mexico, South Korea, Japan, Jersey):

  • Standard: 7-14 business days
  • Express: 2-6 business days

Delivery time estimates are based on averages and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


DUTIES AND TAXES

DDP Countries: All duties and taxes are included in your order total at checkout. You will not be charged anything additional upon delivery.

DDU Countries: Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery. Pupganics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, and customs fees are non-refundable.


SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically on your selected renewal date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If you need to update your shipping address before your next renewal, please do so through your account portal at Pupganics.com or contact help@pupganics.com at least 24 hours before your renewal date.


ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use the link in your email to track your package in real time. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.


US TERRITORIES

We ship to all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands. Delivery times to US territories may be slightly longer than standard domestic estimates.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows your package has not moved for more than 5 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact us at help@pupganics.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
