SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your Pupganics subscription at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties.
To cancel your subscription you can:
- Log into your account at Pupganics.com and manage your subscription through the customer portal
- Email us at help@pupganics.com with your order number and cancellation request
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date to take effect for that billing cycle. Cancellations made after a renewal has been processed and the order fulfilled will take effect on the following billing cycle. We do not offer refunds on subscription orders that have already been fulfilled and shipped.
SUBSCRIPTION PAUSING & SKIPPING
You may pause or skip your subscription at any time through your account portal. Pausing will suspend your subscription until you choose to resume it. Skipping will skip your next scheduled renewal(s) based on however many you choose to skip, after which your subscription will resume on its normal billing cycle. Neither option will result in any charges during the paused or skipped period.
SUBSCRIPTION MODIFICATIONS
You may modify your subscription at any time before your next renewal date, including changes to:
- Product flavor or size
- Quantity
- Billing frequency
- Shipping address
FAILED PAYMENTS
If a scheduled subscription payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused or cancelled automatically.
