The login link is sent to the email address you used when you placed your order — which may not be the one you're trying now. Here's what to do: first, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. If it's not there, try entering a different email address you may have used at checkout (a personal Gmail, work email, iCloud, etc.). Still not working? Subscriptions ship every 4 weeks by default from the USA. You can adjust your frequency or skip shipments anytime through the Subscription Portal.
If you were charged after cancelling, your cancellation may not have processed before the next billing cycle. Please email help@pupganics.com with your order number — we'll verify the cancellation and issue a refund right away if needed.
